We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

All items purchased are deemed final sale and are not eligible for a refund unless faulty as per 5.3
5.3 If an item is faulty you must email to kahicollective@gmail.com within 28 days of receiving your order.   You may be required to provide photos and or a video of faulty item. Refunds or exchanges will be given out as per Kahi collectives desertion
Kahi collective reserve the right to refuse refund or return at any time. Soiled returns will not be accepted.
Final sales are final. Nonexchangeable and non-refundable unless agreed by Kahi Collective

Kahi collective store only the following information from people visiting kahicollective.co.nz website that is automatically recognised: the date and time, the originating IP, the type of browser and operating system used, the URL of the referring page, the object requested, and the completion status of the request.
